SITREP #3: Hydration, Hydrogen, and Sharing the Load

Date: 17 July 2026 Author: Josh Atkins, Managing Director & Founder

Righto, listen up.

Dragging a 10kg weight vest for 21km in the middle of the Australian summer is a massive physical undertaking. To do it safely and ensure everyone crosses the finish line, hydration isn't just a suggestion, it’s a critical part of the operation. Trust me, I have shit the bed more than once. So we needed a partner who produces elite gear, but more importantly, one who fundamentally believes in our mission to support transitioning veterans.

I am incredibly proud to announce that Alivia has officially stepped into the trenches with us as the Official National Supplement Partner of the 2026 Weight of War Run.

They aren’t just slapping a logo on a banner. The crew at Alivia are throwing serious weight behind the cause to ensure we can keep this event 100% free for veterans, while directly funding our pipelines.

Here is the brief on exactly what they are bringing to the table:

Boots on the Ground: Alivia is supplying bulk hydration stock to all 4 of our national drop zones (Brisbane, Cronulla, Karratha, and Canberra). Every single registered runner will have access to premium hydration on the track to keep you moving.

The Raffles: They are dropping massive prize packs into the major raffles at all four locations to help us drive donations on the day.

Get 15%, Give 15%: Alivia has set up an evergreen support link for our community. Use the code WEIGHTOFWAR15 to get 15% off your entire order. But here’s the best part: Alivia will donate another 15% of that sale directly back to the Weight of War Service Fund to sponsor veterans through our pipelines.

THE LAUNCH PROMO: To kick this partnership off, Alivia is running an exclusive launch offer right now. Every purchase over $85 using our link will automatically receive a FREE box of Hydrogen Tablets.

Over the next 6 months leading up to December 5th, we’ll be dropping more exclusive Alivia deals straight into these SITREPs and on our socials, so keep an eye out.

Stock up on your training gear, save some cash, and help us fund a veteran's next mission.

Let’s share the load.

P.S.

Team, I’m not just putting on the sell here. I’ve been using these products now for close to 2 months, specifically the essential amino acids, hydration, creatine, and, on occasion, the Hydron tablets. The first two have been fucking game-changers, with running returning to the program. Creatine has always been on the roster, but the 5g single serves they come in, game changer for when I (as mentioned) shit the bed and forget to take in the morning before work. So I have about 15 serves spread out from asshole to breakfast (in the car, in my work bag, gym bag, desk drawer, mum and dad's, and under the table at the coffee shop). Performance in the runs and the recovery has been tip-top compared to previous years, and the only difference is that Alivia is on the roster.
